Quizzes

Instead of homework assignments, there will be four quizzes, given at the beginning of the third, fifth, seventh, and ninth lectures (i.e., one quiz after every two lectures). The lowest quiz score will be dropped.

Final Presentation

During Weeks 11 and 12, students who wish to receive a grade for the course will give a final presentation. Specific presentation topics and time limits will be discussed as the semester progresses.
